This improves the entire infrastructure of your previous archiving. And when the time comes, we take care of their destruction and disposal.

File storage

We store your files in accordance with the legal requirements in our warehouse in Hofheim am Taunus at the gates of Frankfurt am Main. The files are placed in dedicated shelves of the desired security class.

Comprehensive data management

However, if you wish, MENDE does a lot more than just store your files. We systematically inventory and digitise your data. MENDE has a scanning service and a customer-accessible online database with a search profile and digital client pull-option. We can thus provide you with all the desired data by the push of a button. Of course, we bring the originals to your workplace too – on request also by express delivery.

Our employees are bound by the guidelines of the Federal Data Protection Act, the confidentiality obligations in accordance with the German Social Security Code and banking secrecy.

File disposal

As a full-service provider in the field of documents archiving, MENDE also takes care of the destruction of your data in accordance with data protection regulations and of the disposal of the entire file in an environmentally friendly fashion.
